Description
In the summer of 2007 Abaana built the first six homes for these kids. Each home can sleep between 10 to 12 children. The New Life Homes provide the children with a "safe refuge": a place to learn how to be children again. The children we look after in these homes will be cared for by a "nanny" and shown love and affection as well as learning how to live under rules and guidelines. The goal is to prepare them to return to school and be placed in a family. It is their chance at a "new life".
