Fast 4 Africa

Each Christmas time we run an event called Fast4Africa. The idea is to get as many people fasting as possible and raising around £50 each. We are encouraging young people not only to fast but also to get as many of their friends and family involved. We want young people to take the initiative and organise a group in their area. You don’t even have to fast. You can do any sponsored event, and you can get as many people involved as you like.
